 Kat

From the Capital of Mexico comes the lovely Kat. Dynamic and dedicated, she is demonstrating a seriously high level of ability, inspiring girls both locally and abroad. Representing the team 'monosurbanos' in several media events as well as devoting her time to teaching male and female classes and hosting female events.

 Karen Palmer

Representing London is the "Outside In" Lady herself, introducing the dynamic Karen Palmer! Despite being the only traceuse in a male-dominated classes, Karen has persevered and excelled at parkour. She has brought the philosophy and practise of parkour into every part of her life.

 Alissa Bratz

Alissa from Madison, USA has a secret alternate identity. By day she is a wife and retired ballet dancer, by night she is a traceuse extraordinaire who helped found Madison Parkour, uses her translating powers to aide French traceurs and the power of parkour to spread empowerment and self-help to girls in the USA! Okay, we may be stretching the truth with "secret alternate identity" but this lady has quite a few accomplishments and a lot of inspiring things to say, so enjoy! :)

 Ann Grjukach

Ann from Ukraine has some serious skills both in parkour and free-running. Whether training in the sunshine, rain, wind or snow (!) it's obvious that she loves what she does and inspires girls to get out there.

 Angelica Jackman

- Interviewed by Mark Toorock and compiled by Zachary Cohn

Feeling too old to start parkour? Read and be inspired by this mother of two.

 Carolin and Isabel Riffel

Twin sisters Carolin and Isabel from Germany are talented ladies whose natural skills and drive push them to excel. They speak openly about what they love about parkour, coming back from injuries and advice for ladies who'd like to start.

 Marie Skou

Marie from Copenhagen, Denmark is not going to make a flashy youtube video anytime soon but just prefers to train hard on her skills and to help others by starting the Streetmovement girls' training with her friend Sussie Lundt. To this quiet Danish achiever (and all other quiet achievers), we salute you!

 Isa

Hailing from Bogota Colombia is Isa, who runs PkGirlz, a group to help the development of traceuses through the sharing of experiences, links and information. She's helped to highlight and develop the emerging community of traceuses in Colombia and she shares with us her experiences and the benefits of training.

 Hayley Brice-Nicolson

Kiwi lass Hayley's chilled out demeanor belies the fact that she loves what she does and goes as hard as she can. All the idle chit chat about what girls should do and don't do, doesn't matter. What matters is getting stronger and not over-thinking it! The results shine through, whether shaming boys at conditioning or perfoming gymnastic feats of skill, which proves at least one thing, the barriers are only in your head.

 Aleksandra "Olka" Chola

Petite Olka is one of a group of up and coming of Polish traceuses who is showing the results of years of diligent training. From the outside, Olka seems like an ordinary school girl, that is, just an ordinary school girl who has parkour skills and dreams of joining the Polish army. Meet Olka.
